Rude. Just plain rude. I work in sales and nothing phases me but my treatment here was beyond the pale. I showed up for my appointment 30 mins early and then I was accused of being late (she said my appt was 2 but it was 2:30- it shows 2:30 in the Harbin portal) and I was scolded like a child and rescheduled because I dared to push the button because it felt like the weighted covering was getting hot.
