Supposed to have a 3:45 ct scan and was told to arrive at 3:30 and here it is well after 4pm. My time is just as valuable as yours this is not acceptable. Do better Harbin its like this at every single appointment
Rude. Just plain rude. I work in sales and nothing phases me but my treatment here was beyond the pale. I showed up for my appointment 30 mins early and then I was accused of being late (she said my appt was 2 but it was 2:30- it shows 2:30 in the Harbin portal) and I was scolded like a child and rescheduled because I dared to push the button because it felt like the weighted covering was getting hot. I wasn't sure if that should be happening. I was accused of freaking out and told I have to take Valium. They couldn't finish... read more
