Not Even a star . Worse Dr. EVER!! He doesnt consult be fore surgery or after. He messed my mother up. She could move her arms & walk some after surgery made it worse bc she couldn't move her arms Nor walk .
Dr Cowan is the best. Attentive, answered all of my questions so I could understand. Tries less invasive treatments first to give every opportunity before surgery. Will even pray with you before surgery! Awesome!
