Appointment was scheduled w/ENT per the hearing test to aid in getting hearing aids. I sat in waiting room 40 minutes before being called back. I then sat another 25 minutes without being seen. I came to hall and asked if I were going to be seen? Nurse said I will “scribe” ? The Dr. after 5 more minutes I left without being seen. MY TIME is valuable too. This treatment left me with no confidence in that practice and my business is appreciated somewhere else.
Dr Sarah Merrill is the best. She is professional and very well informed. Always makes you feel comfortable.
