Service department caused more damage than what was brought in for. Ultimately made it right. Not sure of current techs employed at this dealership as I received multiple first hand information of mistakes made along the process. But as o said ultimately made it right. I feel timeframe that it took to complete repairs was excessive and communication from dealership needs improvement.
The dealership was very helpful. Skylar and Craig handled my warranty situation in a professional manner.
Harbin Automotive is the ONLY PLACE I WILL GO!!! It is hard to find a family business that has been around as long as they have! It means something!!! And the entire TEAM absolutely believes in quality service/satisfaction. If you are looking into a purchase, updating a vehicle, or need maintenance go here first!!!!!
