Tony and his team was beyond helpful in my case. It took a long time to come to a decision but it finally worked out and he went above and beyond to help me. Will forever be grateful for this firm.
I went to the office to discuss a possible case, I carried my medical records with me and 5 or 6 months later there has been no calls, emails, no contract none. The firm hasn't even bothered to return my medical records back to me. This would be 0 stars if it was possible. I guess my case wasn't big enough for them to bother with.
I completely regret retaining Mr. Welborn as my attorney with this firm. The day that I signed the paperwork, I felt pushed or pressured by his paralegal,Kim, to sign. This was actually a sign from the Lord God not to commit to anything. When you are being rushed to make a decision hastily, you should NEVER give in. I was totally dissatisfied with his lack of service. He appeared very unprofessional, inconsistent, slothful, and always negative or unreasonable. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Harbin to anyone. He is a very knowledgeable, honest man who works hard for the right things. He never missed a beat with my injury case and would not settle until he knew it would be worth it. He explained everything throughout this process in a way that I would understand, considering I am still young & this being my first time going through something like this. I am very thankful to have had him represent me!
