Avoid like plague!
Our entire family has been seeing "Dr. Kelly" (as we call her) for 17 years. We can not recommend her highly enough. In fact we have had several friends who have switched to her care.
I was very disappointed at the bad experience I had with Dr. Kelly Harbert. Rather than talk to me and get to know why I was taking certain medications, she would talk with the nurse and told me I should stop taking my birth control despite me needing it (for both family planning reasons and medical reasons--but she didn't ask me about those despite me telling her my diagnosis) and using them for over a decade. Dr. Harbert filled out paperwork for me, one mistake was made on the paperwork. Not a big deal, we mare all human and make mistakes. But not Dr Harbert apparently. I was advised to make an appointment to visit with her to have the paperwork reviewed and fixed. She cancelled my appointment and had her nurse call and let me know that Dr Harbert "would not be seeing me and that she doesn't make mistakes so there isn't anything to fix".
