Went to get a oil change and have sumo springs installed on my f53 chassis,6 hours into it and all they did was the oil change and install the front springs. The manager passed me in the lobby and questioned why I was still there. Next the service guy came to me with some sad story about the tech needed 3-4more hours to install the rear springs.
