Driver refuse picking up loads from this location rude staf half english speeking 9 hours waiting for a door and all doors was empty and my load was ready but they refuse to load me before app i sad ok my app was at 4 pm and 4 pm coming again still waiting another hours finally yeah have a door and 5 hours in dock i was thinking to report at ice mb those lazy workers can learn to show respect to the drivers for the next time
very lazy and bad experience they don’t have any scheduled for loading they just do timpeass for paperwork and loading timing i don’t come next time this distinguished place. I say to employee why u not doing on time as ler my appointment He say i not get pay properly I say wow why u playing with drivers
Unprofessional first shift staff – ongoing issue The short guy on first shift in the shipping department is consistently rude and unhelpful. He makes drivers wait 6–7 hours without loading and doesn’t inform second shift that we’re checked in. He also refuses to let drivers use the restroom. We have multiple trucks that pick up from here, and every driver has the same complaint about him. This is a serious issue that management needs to fix.
This place so bad they don’t know what they doing you come here you expect to spend more than 7 hours for no reason they just walk around
