Won't ever go back!!! Ellen M. I do remember hearing about this on the news. I was a paitent of Dr. Deol's back around '94-'95. I had an unpleasant experiance with her too but not like yours. Because of hearing your story on the news I found a wonderful OBGYN. I am so sorry for what you and your family have been through because of her bad care.
horrible manners!! I work for a dental practice, as a safety precaution for all our pregnant patients we call treating OB for clearance, for the 5 yrs I've been working in the healthcare field never have I been treated with such disrespect. I called to make sure this was not a high risk pregnancy, to get a faxed clearance. For some reason I guess this Dr had never been requested for a clearance letter. great doctor I've been going to Dr.Deol for 26 years. She delivered both my sons.They are ten years apart. The first time being pregnant i was 19 and single.She was very caring and explained everything very well.And what i need most is someone to tell me straight up.No pussy footing around telling me the stuff i needed to know.She is firm enough like a mother would tell her own children. One of the best OBs I've been seeing Dr. Deol for nearly 7 years. She delivered both of my kids, and I couldn't have been more satisfied with my experience. Her concern, level of care, and professionalism has helped me through many different medical issues. I now live nearly 45 minutes from her office, but it's worth going all the way down there because of treatment I get.
Expirienced doctor First of all I am horified by Ellen M. expirience and want to say I am sorry that happened to your family. On the other hand,my expirience with Dr Deol is very different. Wonderful Doctor I have been going to Dr. Deol for about 15 years and she delivered all three of my children (one set of twins). She is easy to talk to and listens to you. She is a very experienced doctor and cares about her patients. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.
Terrible Doctor She was my doctor for my oldest son. He was born 8 weeks premature. I do not feel I received good care. In addition, after my membranes had ruptured I was only examined and sent to the hospital after my mother insisted Dr. Deol do so. I do not know what would have happened to me or my baby if my mother had not been there advocating for my health.
The Worst Doctor--no star Harbans K. Deol was my obstetrician back in 1988 when I was pregnant with my third child. Although her medical negligence and criminal behavior occurred 17 years ago, my family and I have never--will never--recover from her deceitful actions during and after my pregnancy. Great Doctor I used this doctor during my pregnancy and was so happy with her service. She is really professional and best of all she is easy to talk to and is very understanding. She's really great at explaining things and clarifying many things. She made the whole process really easy. I am glad I chose her for my doctor!
