Jeff Roe is great to work with. Always friendly and has good strategies for tax prep and long term planning. Staff is friendly.
Incompetent. They sent us an inaccurate K-1 for for my wife's trust. We learned of this from her Uncle, who told us to hold off on filing our taxes, but unfortunately we had already filled. Then a few weeks later, a very different version of the K-1 showed up so we had to file an amendment. Thanks for wasting my time.
