I was only going to give one star but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt because I did purchase my tires from them and I am happy with the tires. However...I am not happy with the whole fiasco after making an appointment to get my car lined up. I showed up when scheduled and waited. The tech pulled my Jeep out front after awhile so I proceeded to the counter to pay. Wrong...it didn't pass!
