My car looked like new when I picked it up. Very clean, shiny and even smelled like new. Repair work was perfect. Customer service was great. They said 5 days for repair and I picked it up on time. They let me know how it progressed and when it was ready. Great job, Harahan
They did a wonderful job in restoring my car. My only concern is that they were not able to finish it to the time they promised me. Over all great customer experience.
My car had been at the shop since the beginning of December. I knew it was totaled out, but they said that the car was repairable and they even sent over an estimate. Every time I called to check the progress of my repairs, they kept saying that they were waiting for parts. I received a call from the insurance company around January 13 telling me that my car had been considered a total loss and that I needed to turn in my rental on the 23rd.
