Driver T-40 was very obviously drunk driving on 59 South early in the morning. Cut me off and almost caused a wreck before swerving onto the shoulder.
Driver V33 was on his phone, driving 25 miles per hour on the freeway! He nearly caused an accident or two as people had to slow wayyy down to avoid a collision. When I honked my horn to wake him up, he literally came to a dead stop on the freeway, again nearly causing an accident.
