I found H.A.R. Hi-Tech Appliance Repair online and picked out of many others in the area because of his reviews. The reviews are spot on. Tony answered my appliance repair call and was very educated on LG Appliances and the problem I was having. He got back to me quickly once he checked his inventory for parts and gave me an estimate of everything. He provided a window for his arrival and texted me when he was on his way. Tony was excellent! He scheduled with me quickly to repair my dryer, then called to let me know about a cancellation he had and came out the same day I called. He had the parts he needed to make the repair and did so in less than an hour. He cleaned up after himself well. The price was reasonable. And he was fun with my curious six year old daughter who had a ton of questions. We'll call him again for sure if we need to!
Tony is a true professional. He is honest and works quickly (when given appropriate details regarding the situation). Highly recommend.
Washing machine issues. Knowledgeable; decent; outstanding communication skills; reliable advice re: repair vs. purchase. I feel certain that if Tony says he works on a specific brand then you can expect a superior job.
Tony was professional, quick, and easy to deal with. Got the oven fixed in basically 2 hours after I called him initially. Didn't think it could possibly get fixed that fast. Tony was a pleasure to conduct business with.
