Owners Awesome!!!
The guy is the most disrespectful person I have ever seen in my life. He insists on doing things he wants rather than listening to his customers. He doesn't answer Emails on time, which means you have to call him every time to get your job done. I asked him to file my taxes and after a week! he answered my email and filled out the forms with an OBVIOUS mistake. I asked him about the mistake he made in the forms, but BEFORE getting my confirmation, he efiled the tax files on the IRS website. When I asked him to correct the fo... read more
Very rude and unprofessional. Kept delaying the tax filling until the last day and then charged double the fee agreed on. If there is one star I would have selected it.
