We were looking for some parts for our fifth wheel, as we're traveling across the country and hand the landing gear motor on one of the legs stop working. We were recommended to call Haps to see if they might be able to help us out. I'm not sure if the woman that answered the phone was just having a horrible day or thats how she talks to everyone, but she was incredibly rude and condescending. We were able to call a Western RV, 2 provinces away and get more help than we were able to locally and get parts ordered and shipped.... read more
I needed a set of bathroom taps. They made sure I got the right one. Came in and was perfect. They spend time with you. Awesome place.
