The customer service at this shop is completely and utterly disgusting, the old lady was absolutely rude when I walked in she was rolling her eyes as well as huffing and puffing as I disturbed her from her phone call, she claimed she was on the phone for some disability appointment which made me wonder why she was working as she clearly struggles with day to day work, I’d advise you to contact Centrelink otherwise I’m happy to you don’t need to work if your struggling to be polite to customers because your “unwell and have a... read more
The use by date on the Astragalus root at the front of the row was 3 years past its expiry. Dried herbs lose thier potency over time and considering the premium prices they charge, getting herbs years past thier expiry is disgusting practice. I understand that business might be slow, but keeping products for years that have past thier use by date is horrendous and may explain why no one ever shops there. The customer service is terrible too. Avoid.
Amazing shop, cool products.. pity the service is beyond pathetic…. I have never seen such poor service, upon asking “what goes into your herbal mix” I got the rude and snapped reply of 🤷🏻♀️ “Herbs” … I truly hope that they get someone else in customer service because if it were not for the service I’d go here all the time.
