beware. employees at this location take secret photos of customers (see photo posted), including minors, from behind shelves and post these to their personal Twitter accounts with commentary (see screenshot from Twitter), make fun of disabled minors on Twitter and call customers filthy names. this is done while employees are on the job and the inept manager is aware of these actions but doesn’t care. he is the owner’s son. based on personal knowledge with documented proof of facts stated.

It is realy upset to deal with those damn happy pizza employee and so called manger as well in washtenaw ave ypsilanti. Today at about 11pm we order two large pizza with lait tomato sauce. Thay delivered me deep dish pizza which all my family hate to eat..I call to complain about .sadly, the so called manager told me he can't do any thing about it .What a hake survice is this ? Realy? My expectation is to be served fairly .expect to ratain customer with such survice ?

Rude and food is not so great – i order a few meals for my family and the deal on the paper was not stated correctly so they lead u to believe it is a great deal but its not the food is just awful anyway and they forgot a part of my order and when i called back the worker got rude with my husband saying we did not order it but im pretty sure you charged me for it it does not matter because the item came with the meals and was not even very good anyways for what i paid for my meals the three of us could have had a good lunch ... read more

Found a rock in my pizza – Today we order pizza When my daughter took a bit of her pizza she bit into a little rock that look like a mushroom we call Happy's they told us to come and get another pizza And when we got up there.The manager would not talk to us on the phone or at the store. to upset. And we didn't get another pizza. So what should we do.HELp.

AVOID – Wow what an experience. Order came after 1 1/2 hours (after being originally being told 45 min) and 3 phone calls to find out where it was. The food then arrived cold not warm or hot actually cold. Not to worry after calling them back to let them know I was unhappy they told me that they would redeliver it on a different day if I wanted.....oh and I would have to pay for the replacement order. Take my advice and go somewhere else.

Nice Food, Rude Staff – The food was good, but I would advise Happy's to hire better staff. The workers have horrible customer service skills!

love this place – This place is the best! All my food was hot, delivered when they said and they have a great staff! Keep up the great work!! I will be coming back here often!

Wow – Just moved to the area thought I'd give this place a try, their large deep dish is seriously great. Hot, crispy, buttery, fast delivery time. That's how it's done. Check it out!
