The Happy's Pizza in Belleville stole $100 from me. Took my order, decided I was too far away to deliver and kept my $100. The owner told the manager to tell me "too bad, dispute it if you want." The idiot was also texting me - I thought it was the delivery driver refusing to deliver. Come to find out it was the owner texting. The idiot stated he cancelled the order and it was too far away -and proof that I paid.
