I had to give 1 star, because I could not submit a review with 0 stars. I was there Saturday evening to pick up 6 wings and some onion rings for my wife and I. The wings were way overdone, as well as the onion rings. Which presented some tough chewing. We ended up eating about half of a wing each, and about the same for the onion rings. I put in a microwave dinner for my wife, and I made myself a sandwich for dinner. The rest we discarded. The Happy's Pizza in Belleville stole $100 from me. Took my order, decided I was too far away to deliver and kept my $100. The owner told the manager to tell me "too bad, dispute it if you want." The idiot was also texting me - I thought it was the delivery driver refusing to deliver. Come to find out it was the owner texting. The idiot stated he cancelled the order and it was too far away -and proof that I paid.
This place is awful they never listen when you place your orders. always get the orders wrong and then get a attitude when you have a complaint, I recently stopped going here because they never wash their hands, the delivery driver comes in and immediately starts making orders. the orders are always wrong! but the last straw for me was I called in my order and still had to wait 15 minutes when I got there only to receive old cold food, please stay away from this place and I must say their attitude is very nasty! Only getting one because I can't give zero. Order confirmation at 3:00. Quoted 55 min. Called at 4 and was told quoted times are wrong but food was on the way out the door. Called back an hour later and was told driver was on his way. This the second time this happened. Last time they tried to tell me they didn't get the order even the the driver showed up 2 hours later. Hungry family and never using happy again.
Order chicken at your own risk.. they cannot seem to cook it completely. Ordered wings and got a raw one mixed in.. so gross 🤢🤢🤢
I ordered a rib dinner last night it was the worst ever, the ribs were greasy fat they were not fresh, the bread was as hard as a brick, no coleslaw , potatoes were cold and not fresh a waste of $23.00 will not buy every again from this place a real rip off!
Absolute abysmal customer service. I was a loyal customer but after being treated as I was today, I will never again spend my hard-earned money here. I urge others in Whitehall, OH to stay away. They don’t care about their customers.
Don't order delivery if you're hungry. Ordered a lb of wings and a small pizza. Website says it may take up to 60 minutes. It took 130 minutes to get cold food with no apologies. Over 2 hours?????
