They mess up your order and want to give you 5% credit on your next purchase. Or you can drive back and forth for items the have forgotten. My orders here are $50-$60 typically. They won't see my orders no more!
When I received my order it was wrong. I was initially upset. Only to discover there system communicating from my online order to their system was incorrect. They went out of their way to remake it. Thank you
Just called to order a pizza got hung up on three times finally when the lady answered the phone she had an attitude because she recognized my number from an issue that doesn’t even belong to me at the Wayne and Van Buren store and Wayne Michigan. Very poor service lady needs to be fired.
I ordered the Friday special, waited 30 minutes then walked up to the counter as two cashiers were taking phone orders neither even acknowledged I was standing directly in front of them. I waited at the counter until they were done taking their phone orders when someone walked up whose order was up sitting on the counter and they ignored me again. Literally took 95 minutes for my food to get delivered. Called 3 times they said driver was on his way. There's. No way. My food sat in the car for an hour and a half. My kids went to sleep hungry.
