Just returned from one week in The Super Grouper! The layout of this beautiful home was perfect for 5 couples. The pool was warm and inviting and there was plenty of space to gather to eat and play games together but also enough space to find alone time to read and relax. We walked each morning and enjoyed the paved walking path in the neighborhood. Plenty of parking and the elevator made moving in and out a breeze. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

I can’t say enough good things about my stay with Happy in the Keys! From the very beginning, the staff went above and beyond to make sure my visit was perfect. They were incredibly easy to communicate with and always more than happy to help with any needs, which made the whole experience so stress-free. I give very few reviews and even fewer vacation rental reviews…but when I do, the place has to be perfect. The Grouper House fits that standard. Few Marathon vacation homes are designed from the ground up as a “four master-suite” rental. But this one is. No detail is overlooked. Fourth year with ‘Happy in the Keys’ and as we are on our final day, we once again have booked for next year! Our family of 10 vacations at ‍☠️Pirate Point are perfect! The grounds are spacious, relaxing and give everyone plenty of green space to spread out and enjoy!
