I give very few reviews and even fewer vacation rental reviews…but when I do, the place has to be perfect. The Grouper House fits that standard. Few Marathon vacation homes are designed from the ground up as a “four master-suite” rental. But this one is. No detail is overlooked. Fourth year with ‘Happy in the Keys’ and as we are on our final day, we once again have booked for next year! Our family of 10 vacations at ‍☠️Pirate Point are perfect! The grounds are spacious, relaxing and give everyone plenty of green space to spread out and enjoy! We love the two private exterior residences for our parents and in-laws and they love being able to retreat at their leasure. You can’t go wrong with this company! By far out of all my traveling over the last 20 years in different states and counties, this has been the best rental. Sunset villas are fully stocked, beautiful property, excellent location and perfect for people that like to bring their boat to fish for a week. The beds are so comfortable and the villa is very well taken care of. Sean and Jose are amazing and always take good care of us. Would highly recommend hands down. This is our second year with them and we will be back next year.

We just returned from our trip to Marathon staying at the incredible Grouper House! We travel every year with 3 couples! I have been looking at the Grouper House for years and decided to choose this home for our trip. It was FANTASTIC and beyond my expectations!
