Leaking roof for $4k rent that wasn’t fixed since the day we moved in, mind you it’s been almost 2 years now.
Do not stay or go with this company wrong place, they let tenants move in without letting them know their a mice infestation or mold
Having this management has been a constant source of frustration. Their response to issues is fickle and unreliable—sometimes requests are addressed, but more often, they’re delayed for weeks or completely ignored. Basic maintenance takes far too long, and communication is inconsistent, leaving tenants feeling overlooked.
