Desperately needed to get ahold of someone at HF regarding an urgent issue. Could not get ahold of a human after nearly an hour on hold. Could not even reach a sales person. You are on your own with this company, which seems unreasonable given the high monthly fee.
Wouldn't trust a company like this with my customer data! Endless spam/sales calls to my personal (non-work) cell number trying to get me to purchase their product.
