I know HappyDoor primarily targets sellers, but I'm writing this feedback as a buyer of a HappyDoor flipped home. We recently purchased a home that was flipped by HappyDoor. For the most part, the renovation is well done. Recently, however, I discovered some water damage forming at the base board behind the toilet in one of the bathrooms. Selling a home owned for 2 decades is not easy. Especially with the necessary inside repairs needed.
