I have appointments and we came 20 min early the office didn’t open till 2, then we waiting till 1:15 after appointment time and there is no Dr in building. Kid are crying and staff don’t have ETA for Dr Luke. This place sucks. I wish IEHP can take some action against this Dr or take him off IEHP list.
Doctor is very friendly though he doesnt have many hours at this facility i do like that he offers such a close area I can have my doctor visits.
If I could give it a negative star I would. Waited 1 hour to even be called waited another hour then asked why is it taking so long and the Doctor was not even at the facility. Staff is very unprofessional also.
