Hair – My wife and I used to purchase food from this location every Sunday. The food is very good but the last couple of times we have purchased from this location we noticed hair in the rice. When I brought it up to the lady at the counter she didnt seem to care much. I have since started getting my sunday rice from China Wok.
Super Slow Service but Good Food – The food is really good at this place, but beware of the super slow service. When we order, they always say it will be 15 to 20 minutes. After many visits, we can count on it taking 40 to 45 minutes. That just seems really obnoxious. If they were just honest about the time, I wouldn't mind at all. So go ahead and order their yummy food, but make sure to allow plenty of time for pickup.
Mouth watering Rangoons! – Quite a little hole in the wall, BUT they have exceptional food! I also LOVE the crab rangoon, everything I have ever had from there has been totally excellent. I have to say I was totally impressed by the containers they use, it was very convenient to take home, we actually sat down and ate there and the atmosphere isnt bad either! I highly recomend this establishment to anyone who likes good chinese food!
BEST CHINESE FOOD IN MISSOURI – Seriously, this is the BEST Chinese food I've ever had. I read the 2 other reviews of this restaurant and decided to try it last night. I'm probably going back tonight. The crab rangoon was incredible. I will NEVER go anywhere else. Awesome awesome awesome!!
The Best Chinese Food !!! – The food is excellent! It is always fresh, never re-cooked like I have had at other Chinese restaurants. They are always busy, but are honest when telling you how long it will be (generally 15-20 minutes) and I have never had to wait beyond that! Also, I love the containers that the food comes in! They are great plastic lidded containers that are great for reheating and reusing later too (yes, I'm cheap!!)! My family and I order from Happy Wok every Sunday night! I would recommend it to anyone!
Best Chinese in the St. Louis area! – Always a crowd and they don't deliver. Order ahead for pick-up. Crab rangoon is the best I've tasted since we moved here from Boston. Huge thumbs up!! Word of caution - you might find yourself craving their food a couple of times a week.
