Below is my review from almost a year ago. I am still very happy here. Office staff has always been helpful and kind. My items thus far have not been infested with bugs or critters. I hate bugs and would see them if there was a problem. Very clean and climate control is perfectly regulated.No sweating or freezing when inside, I highly recommend this place with peace of mind . You will never regret storing your items here. Office staff exceptional, storage units clean and climate regulated . All positive experiences!!

I have been attempting to gain access to my storage unit but it has a red lock on it even though we have paid our rent. In attempt to access the storage unit we cannot seem to get in contact with staff. I attempted to wait for staff to come in during the office hours but no staff arrived. I have made phone calls and sent emails with hope of receiving any type of feedback but no one has contacted me. I feel like this can't be legal to hold onto someone's property after they have paid rent and the staff will not make contact.
