My experience with Bryan Purefoy of Happy Wife AC has been nothing short of disastrous. What began as a simple job to replace ductwork, repair a failed condenser, and install a mini-split turned into a months-long ordeal of failed workmanship, broken promises, and now, legal action. Condenser Repair – Total Failure Bryan personally handled the condenser repair. He came out three separate times, including one visit that went until 1:00 AM after he ran out of oxygen for welding. Despite these multiple attempts, the repair comp... read more
Bryan Installed an AC unit for our house after the condenser went bad. We ran into some delays and issues with the original unit getting damaged at the Warehouse. Bryan did his best to resolve the concern, get a new unit, and even gave us a Portable unit to use for our Sons room until the install was complete.
Reached out for Service, installed a condenser unit. Work for about two weeks. Reached out again to say unit is not cooling and he wanted to charge another arm and leg for another unit. I called an actually A/C company, when they came out to expected the issue, they say that he installed a R410A condenser unit to a R22 air handler unit, thus leaving the units unable to cool. I called other three different A/C company and they all said the same thing, this was a horrible job. Money down the drain

I had a very disappointing experience with Bryan Purefoy of Happy Wife AC. I hired him to repair a failed condenser, replace all ductwork, and install a mini-split in a converted garage. Bryan outsourced most of the work—fortunately, because the portion he handled himself (the condenser repair) was a complete failure. He came out three times to fix the condenser, including one visit that lasted until 1 AM after he ran out of oxygen for welding. Despite multiple attempts, the repair failed each time. Less than a week after hi... read more
