I just had the same problem! Swiped my card and the card reader kept going up and up despite pressing the button over and over it charge me $10 for 25 minutes I did not need. I called the number and it is out of service, this is a joke. Not worth going to a place that has no way to resolve the issue when something like this happens, not even correct contact info.
