Happy Valley is a tiny pharmacy that'll get the job done while visiting Quartzsite. Small, casual "mom & pop" shop feel. Nothing like a CVS or Walgreens. They offer a very very small selection of some basic over the counter products. They don't always open right at 9am, they don't always answer the phone but overall the people who work here are nice and try to be helpful. If you don't like Happy Valley you can go to Blythe, Yuma, Parker or lake Havasu for a major pharmacy.

There was a sign on the door that they would be closed a few days for medical reasons. (Hope yall are doing well! ) so did not get to really check it out.
