Can't say enough great things about my time working with Morgan at Happy Valley. Morgan brought a lot of patience, kindness and support to our sessions without judgement. I'm excited to move forward with the tools learned in our work together. Can't recommend the work the whole Happy Valley team is doing enough. Definitely suggest reaching out!

I have been working with Happy Valley for quite awhile and they are amazing! They are 100% health at any size and its been so refreshing. I have met with three different nutritionists who specialize in different areas and they were all awesome. They are a wonderful and collaborative organization who cares deeply for their clients.
I have had an incredible experience working with Cara at Happy Valley Nutrition. Her compassionate listening, insightful comments, and unwavering patience and support as I have been on my health journey has been so meaningful to me. I would recommend Happy Valley Nutrition to everyone I know!
