Happy Valley Medical Center has went downhill so bad in the last year. I had great experiences with Sonya Suttle and Helen Vickers. I saw them both regularly and never had any kinds of issues. When Helen left, she made an appointment for a month later. When I came to that appointment, I had no clue that I was not seeing Helen until Dr Thompson came into the room. Very very slow. Appointment was 1 hour ago and we are still waiting grrrrrr. 8 people have went in before us. I was thinking of switching here with my husband, but no way now!!!
I love this practice and would recommend it highly to anyone seeking a compasionate, informed, open-minded and down to earth team of medical providers.
