As others have mentioned, receptionist is rude. Makes dealing with already stressful situations even worse. Do better.
Not impressed by Dr. Schiedel anymore. Last couple of times I've been to see him I was made to feel like I was wasting his time & being a bother. Rest of the staff are great though.
