Very friendly
Super prompt as usual.My hygienist was awesome. Friendly, gentle, patient and thorough. Doc Emerson, great young man!. Both put up with lame jokes and comments. and as always, thanks Lisa! I've been with you folks for around 30 years. Not one complaint!
I have been going to Happy Valley dentistry and Dr. Schimmel for years. They are wonderful! I couldn't recommend them more. They are always very accommodating with scheduling and very caring and competent when treating me. I highly recommend them!
Ask what the out of pocket costs are, insurance isn't worth it. Editing to add that after an exorbitant bill (cleaning turned in to "scaling" for my hours and a half I was there. this practice said they would reach out to appeal with the insurance company. Today I received a bill in the mail still for the full amount with a finance charge. This is the first contact they have given me or my wife after saying they would contact the insurance company. I will be calling today to sort this out. Unbelievable.
The staff and docs are always friendly and attentive to my needs. Great dentist office.
