Got my first car from them and had awesome service and a good experience, would highly recommend!
I came into the service department today minding my own business and 2 salespeople ruined my day by trying to get me out of my car every other way they could saying everything I haven’t heard before well now I’m gonna make it my point to strike a nerve where it counts I’m gonna give these 2 salespeople a F- and the manager a ————-rating because he needs to work in retail where people are taken care of in a much better fashion ….
Well we are done with this dealership!! We bought a car and warranty at this if you can call it a dealership. Now they will not honor the warranty and could not tell us that when we made the appointment over a week ago. When I called about it there are no mangers there how can you open up and not have a supervisor there. This will be the last time that we ever buy or even deal with this place. It is a joke and I will make sure that everyone i know knows about this and will not do business with them.
Oh my goodness! Can't say enough about Don and the young man, Jacob who sold me my Nissan Altama. I was so nervous about the whole process, the test driving, financing, etc. They worked with me and got my payment to what I wanted. I would definitely do business with them again! They have a good selection of used and new vehicles, so if you're looking, I highly recommend Elizabethton CDJR!
They have the worst customer service department. I have been trying to get answers on my Line 5 account for months. I wrecked my car it took 4 months for GAP to pay and I am still on an account they should have cancelled in February. I cannot get anyone to tell me what is happening and when this account will stop charging me for a coverage I no longer need.
