Service department is a joke , im sure that goes for the whole place because it starts at the top , but what can you expect it's a car dealership
I’m not one to leave reviews often but holy moly this place. Let me start by saying that the mechanics themselves were nothing but kind in offering their services. However, the people of their service department offered the WORST customer service i’ve ever experienced. From on the phone to in person we received nothing but attitude and disrespect. Got my first car from them and had awesome service and a good experience, would highly recommend!
I came into the service department today minding my own business and 2 salespeople ruined my day by trying to get me out of my car every other way they could saying everything I haven’t heard before well now I’m gonna make it my point to strike a nerve where it counts I’m gonna give these 2 salespeople a F- and the manager a ————-rating because he needs to work in retail where people are taken care of in a much better fashion ….
