Leann and the guys in the body shop did a excellent job fixing some corrosion damage on my jeep. I was provided a nice safe care to drive while mine was with them. When I went to pick it up they had detailed it and it was shining as a new penny. Great people and great work. I will be a repeat customer.
I came to the website not to leave a review but to read them. I wanted to see if anyone else is having the same issues that I've had with the shop/service department. I always try to be understanding and know that things happen by mistake. You fix it and move on. I believe in second chances, which I've given this place after the first incidence I had. Was lied to and misled by JAMES HATFIELD. he brought us into his office after we was lied to by elizabethton ford next door Mr Hatfield wasted our time and acted like he was doing everything he could to get us approved all he done was sit there in front of us while his colleague upfront pretended to try to get a deal worked out Mr Hatfield he knew our credit situation and income and that all we had was a 2006 dodge Stratus to trade we had no cash to put down but he insisted he could get us approv... read more
Love this place, and would definitely recommend them to anyone. Luke helped us get into a vehicle, didn’t push something we didn’t want, and stayed In our budget, unlike other dealerships!! super cool, and easy to talk to!! These people treat you like family.
