Happy Pet Owner We are long time residents of Niceville and when we were ready to get a dog we called Mike at Happy Valley for any advise he could give. We now have a beautiful Yorkie that we have boarded several times and have had her groomed at their grooming facility. Mitzi is the love of our life and Mike and the staff at Happy Valley are the only ones we will let care for her.
pet owner We are Military coming into the area and traveling with 3 kids and two dogs. It was one of those days when nothing went right and we wouldn't be at Happy Valley Kennels until after they closed. We called the kennel and the owner made arrangements to meet us there after hours to take in our pets. They stayed there 14 days in which we visited several times. They have a beautiful facility and everyone who worked there were more than helpful. While we are stationed here we will definately use this kennel.
Poor service, not recommended I have never written an online review before but after my experience with Happy Valley Kennels I felt compelled to warn others against doing business with them. I recently boarded my 12 year old dog, Duke, with this company and was shocked at how incredibly rude the owner, Mike Harris was to me. I decided to board Duke with them when I went away for the weekend. I dropped him off Friday at 4 pm and then picked him back up Monday afternoon at 4 pm after work. Awesome Kennel I've been using Happy Valley since 1992 when we first moved to the area and had to board our cat while looking for a house. They were wonderful. Over the years, I've boarded my dogs many times with Happy Valley. The staff is friendly, they are loving and give my pets plenty of attention. In the past, we had an elderly dog that required medication on a specific schedule and they arranged to have someone on site to give the medication at the hours needed. We love them!
Excellent boarding service Clean facilities, friendly staff who cares for your pets. Multiple dog discount. Will work with your schedule as to when you need to drop off/pick up. PROS: Excellent dog service CONS: not convenient if you don't live in Valparaiso
