A very decent assortment of sushi. Got 3 rolls - salmon avo, spicy tuna and yellow tail. All were delicious and fresh and a perfect lunch for hudson yards! Great value too.
Their sushi is priced at a premium but the fish quality and execution is really low here so I’m surprised by the high ratings. I ordered two sets of roll with us with my husband, the crispy rice is super salty and the salmon and yellowtail they used were super mealy, mushy and overly fishy in not the good way as if it was not fresh at all. It’s almost as if they used chopped up fish (AKA cheaper bits or leftover sides) for their salmon rolls whereas most reputable and even super market sushi uses whole fresher salmon pieces ... read more
