We provide emergency housing for displaced homeowners throughout the United States. We contacted Happy Traveler to work on one of our trailers in Caledonia OH and found them professional, friendly and reasonable.
Couldn't be happier. Spencer diagnosed my issue with it being a sensor. He made it work until I got a new sensor. I ordered a new sensor, had it in 3 days, installed it in 5 minutes and the slide works perfectly. Spencer was also very nice and friendly. Told him about strokes I have had and my short memory is bad. So he marked everything in blue tape for me and labeled them. Thank you so much. Never let Spencer get away. What a polite and nice guy. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Happy Traveler. Spencer came to my home, quickly diagnosed a leak in our Sprinter van and had it fixed in about 15 minutes. In addition, he replaced our water fill valve and an awning leg support bracket, all in about an hour. I’ll never go anywhere else.
