We had a problem with what happened to be our relay switch. Ross came out and was great finding the issue and overriding it so that we could get our rooms in and out and our fridge back on for the remainder of our trip. He told me my warranty wouldn't cover costs because it was only labor so I didn't bother checking with our warranty. He then quoted a price of $350.00 and emailed me the receipt.
