Cannot recommend using Happy Trails. Our family rented 3 travel trailers and all 3 had problems. Water heater was leaking on one. Water fittings were leaking on 2 of them. Sewer hose was completely rotted out and falling apart on one. One of the travel trailers had absolutely 0 propane in either tank. The owner could have made us happy with a partial refund for all of the inconvenience but she has not been helpful and doesn’t seem to care. Just overall bad experience.

We have rented from here several times even going to Myrtle Beach and have really enjoyed our experience with them, highly recommend going and checking them out.

One star because we can't reach them anymore. I spoke to Lisa and she had to leave the office but said she'd put the RV for us on hold and we'd finish the reservation on Monday. That was over 2 weeks ago. Since then texts, phone calls and emails have all gone unanswered. I hope the business and its owners are ok and I hope they can fix this communication problem. We'll have to find another company to work with.

I purchased an RV from here. I should have hired an RV Inspector to thoroughly inspect the RV over before buying. I've spent over $9500 in repairs, from electrical issues to the main slide out. (Within the first 2 months). Asked for maintenance records, I never received them. But, I did receive the owner manuals that she stated to make it convenient for me she would leave at her brother's house at the end of his drive way (in the rain) so I can go by and pick it up-real professional.The mechanic I hired stated the oil hadn't... read more
