A very nice product with excellent customer service. It's never easy finding new aftermarket parts for discontinued motorcycles. I was encouraged upon finding that Happy Trails offered options for side luggage racks on the seemingly lesser known Kawasaki KLR250. Beware of Happy Trails Products. Their listings may include incorrect product images, and if you return the item because it doesn’t match what was pictured, they’ll insist it’s your fault, quietly update the listing afterward, and still charge you a return fee. Very disappointing experience and poor accountability.
Thought I had an issue with a Thule bike rack. Owner very responsive, followed up with Thule rep and was in constant contact with me sorting things out. Highly recommend

I ordered forks springs for the wrong year and needed to return them in order to get the correct springs headed my way. Isaac at Happy Trails Products took care of me, sending the info needed to complete the return and I'll be ordering the correct (I always do things like this) springs from Happy Trails Products.
