This place is an absolute miserable place to live management is horrible. Happy trails not so happy, no I'm just kidding. Seem like a great and quiet typical trailer community in Clearwater!
It is a wonderful place to live however management here is very overwhelming and unbearable they're unreliable rude and contradicting as well as discriminative. They will violate you for something and when you show them 100% with proof it didn't happen they won't listen. That change rules to what ever it fitting and most beneficial for them. They will set an appointment time and not show up for it then turn around and give you a violation for not showing up to the meeting.. so if you are thinking about living here but lots o... read more
