We just had a great experience at Happy Tooth. My daughter (who usually can’t wait to leave the dentist) cried because she didn’t want to leave. Tiana was so kind and did a great job making our kiddos feel comfortable. We can’t wait to come back.
I'm just writing the review I wish I could have read before committing to the myofunctional therapy package. We were disappointed with our experience, especially given that the cost is so high for what we received. The visits are very brief, around 15 minutes or less. When we went for our follow-up visit, it did not seem that the provider had reviewed any documentation of what we had worked on during the previous session/where we left off and what the next steps were. We will not be coming back to Happy Tooth. We originally made appointments because we were self pay at the time and they offered a really reasonable membership plan for our daughter’s dental care. Visit one, Dr Hanks seemed really rushed and not very personable. When my husband mentioned she grinds her teeth at night he went off on this whole thing about airway issues and how they have a specialist. We took our daughter here for the first time and we were blown away. The staff is very friendly and they do so many little things to make it a good experience. Every second we were more impressed. Dr. Hanks is very knowledgeable and seems to care a lot about what he does and that showed not only in talking to him but in the environment he has created. I love that they talk about the airway component of dentistry. Had I had that kind of care when I was young I could have avoided a lot of dental work and surgeries. I like that... read more
