Norm did an awesome job with the three tasks I needed help with around my house. He tightened a loose wooden cabinet door above the sink, reinstalled a fallen window blind, and installed a security camera on the wall by our front door. He completed all three tasks within an hour, and the final price was exactly what he quoted beforehand. Norm is a gem and a miracle. My sister needed a specially constructed handrail, requiring serious out-of-the-box thinking and design. Norm made it happen. He's thoughtful, kind, fun, and truly talented. It was a pleasure dealing with him from start to finish. Long and short, my sister would have had to move. By allowing her to get OUT of her home safely, Norm made it possible for her to stay IN her home!
