This is by far the worst tire shop in Whitecourt, Alberta. The new owners clearly don’t know how to run a business, and the person who calls himself the “boss” has absolutely no customer service skills. He is extremely rude, disrespectful, and has zero communication skills. On a scale of 0 to 10 for professionalism, this place deserves a 0. I will never come back, and I will make sure others know exactly what kind of people are running this shop. They do not deserve this business
Hands down, the best place you can get your tires done at. These people will take care of you and make sure you're satisfied with the work that has been done. God bless them and all their staff!!!
Got a quote for tires, decided to get them and paid and looked at paper work and they added 17 dollars p er tire, to what the quote was
