Very disappointed in the service. After 4 phone calls and two trips by thier "techs" still no closer to being done than the first day I called. I needed four cracked window panes for a real estate Cleint. Has made me look bad and will not go back to them again.

Needed to replace a broken glass from my wood stove . I am from out of town and arrived a closing time and they went out of the way to cut me a piece of glass . Very good business !!!

This place is a joke. Called them to get an estimate about putting up a mirror in our workout room. They gave me a ball park estimate, and sia dthe tech would call me when they could come out, 3 weeks later called them again to see, tech came out few days later, and they said it would be tough to cut the mirror, they would have to take it back to their shop where there is no guarantee, so basically if it breaks it is my proble, said they would call me the next day to when they could do this and a price, still havbe not heard... read more

I work at an apartment complex in Frankfort. We've been trying to get a local place to make a sliding screen door. Took 3 weeks. Called Happy Glass, they did it in 3 days. Fonominal service. Highly reconmended
