As a complete surprise to us, this practice stated they couldn't see us anymore due to apparent rude correspondence over the phone. Our dog had a severe case of pink eye and they weren't able to fit us in , which is understandable when its a last minute urgent need. But when my wife sent pictures of the pinkeye and asked for medicine to be called in for our dog (we were happy to pay a fee for their time). We feel incredibly lucky to find such an amazing vet on our first try after moving here from out of state. The whole team is great with our animals and are very patient. They answer any/all questions. Most importantly it feels as if they care for my animals as much as I do. Just absolutely amazing staff.
