I had an extremely disappointing experience at Happy Tails Hospital for Pets, and I feel compelled to share it so others can make informed decisions. Despite positive Google reviews and a friend’s referral, my visits were riddled with poor communication, surprise charges, and a complete disregard for transparency and customer care. We feel incredibly lucky to find such an amazing vet on our first try after moving here from out of state. The whole team is great with our animals and are very patient. They answer any/all questions. Most importantly it feels as if they care for my animals as much as I do. Just absolutely amazing staff.

Prior to going to Happy Tails, we took our greyhound to a large, local veterinary hospital. We noticed our dog wasn’t using her hind leg. On her paw pad, we seen a puncture mark and she’d cry when we’d put pressure on it. After several visits over several weeks, the large vet practice took X-rays and spoke to a specialist who recommended we cast our greyhound for 9 months due to calcification of her tendon.
