They weren't very understanding when I had to cancel my kittens first appointment shirt notice. Our dog died the day of her appointment and I was so emotional I forgot about her first appointment . Plus they were also wanting me to make a decision without my boyfriend being present when I took his dog in for a cyst on her side. I told them I wasn't willing to let her go under the knife with out talking to him first at her age of 17.
