Our dog was just there for a overnight stay. After speaking with the lady on the phone I felt so confident that she would be in good hands. Boy was I wrong. When they came walking her out she hung her head like she was so sad. I had never seen her act this way. The gal handed me her leash and said she would go get her belongings. I had sent her bed as well as food for her entire stay.
