We love Happy Tails. We've been for daycare and now an overnight stay too. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Our dogs seem to have regressed since their stay here. Eating issues they've never had before, accident issues they've never had before. Shaking and cowering in fear like they were hurt. Visible injuries on one dogs nose. Also we asked to keep our dogs two nights and arranged pick up at 2pm and were told that was fine and we were good for two nights and that's what we had to pay for. We've been sending our dog to Happy Tails boarding for 3+ years and have had the best experience every time. Our dog regressed when he came back home at his previous kennel, but after returning from Happy Tails, he was his same goofy self. The staff takes such great care of the animals and spends quality time with them while they're there. Our dog is actually excited when we pull into their parking lot! It truly puts our minds at ease when having to leave our beloved dog.
